Stuart has over 30 years of experience in listed and private companies across a variety of sectors including construction retail, telecoms and media, in both international and UK focused organisations. He has experience in all aspects of the strategic development and financial management of businesses including acquisitions and disposals, integration and restructuring, investor relations, equity raise and bank refinancing in addition to all aspects of reporting, control, FP&A and commercial support.

Stuart is currently the Director of Group Finance at Petrofac. He is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales.
