Guy Pendell is a senior disputes partner at CMS, with 30 years’ experience of international dispute resolution. His practice at CMS involves a mix of international arbitration and litigation, primarily in the technology, corporate, commercial, life sciences and hotels & leisure sectors. He is also the Chair and founder of pinq, a London based lawtech start up, focussed on using technology to drive better and more efficient dispute resolution. He is the chair of ICC UK’s arbitration and ADR committee and the co-head of CMS’s global dispute resolution practice group.
