Damian Hickman

Chief Executive Officer

Damian is the CEO of The IDRC, which he set up in 2000. Before this he was the Manager of The Fleet Arbitration Centre which he joined in 1994. Damian's main responsibility is managing the Centre and has been regularly consulted in the setting up of other dispute resolution centres around the world.

Damian is a member of the International Arbitration Charity Ball Committee and Compere/Partner of Law Rocks! -  a charity fundraising battle of bands for international law firms. Damian is also a Governor of the Europa School, a bi-lingual free school in Oxfordshire

Mike Jenkins

Facilities Manager

Originally from Canada, Mike joined The IDRC in January 2002. As well as taking care of the day to day running of the building he is the main point of contact for all video/telephone conferencing needs, he also handles any requests for audio/visual presentations and any further equipment hire. As well as being IOSH trained in Health and Safety, Mike is also one of our fire marshals and our first aider. Mike also works alongside Paula in the accounts department dealing with all IDRC invoicing.

Paula Fagan

Office Manager

Paula joined The IDRC in January 2000. Starting as a Receptionist, she progressed to Office Manager. With 18 years' experience she can provide both clerical and administrative support to clients throughout their visit. Paula will be happy to assist in tasks such as printing documents, booking couriers, recommending local hotels/amenities and more. Paula is also responsible for credit control.

Rebecca Allison

Bookings Manager

Rebecca joined The IDRC in 2005. She quickly moved through the ranks from Receptionist to Client Services Administrator, managing all aspects of the clients' needs from room allocation to catering, ensuring all queries and requirements were dealt with quickly and efficiently. In 2008 she assumed the role of Bookings Manager. As well as being in close contact with clients on a daily basis, over-seeing bookings from initial contact to completion, she also works closely with colleagues to ensure the smooth day to day running of the Centre.

Cassius Lungu

Operations Manager

Cassius joined the IDRC in 2012 with the client services team. After two years serving in the core team he moved through the ranks to client services/operations supervisor. In April 2018 he assumed the role of operations manager and is now responsible for room set ups and IT support. Cassius works very closely with the client services team to ensure all client requests are attended to and also works alongside Mike in Facility management. 

Leila Hill


Leila is our main receptionist and is responsible for welcoming clients to the IDRC. Being the first point of contact at the Centre she is responsible for providing clients with Centre information, directing them to their rooms and attending to any requirements or requests. She does this very efficiently and is always happy to be of assistance. She is well travelled, friendly and approachable. She also provides administrative and operational support to the Management Team and Client Services Team.
