Click on Rooms for further details including plans. Re-configuration of rooms can be arranged if needed. All rooms are fitted with security locks. TOP Video conferencing High-speed video conferencing facilities can be provided in any room and the Centre can make arrangements to set up remote sites throughout the world. TOP Accommodation services The Centre's staff can assist in relation to the booking of hotel rooms and short-term lets of apartments. Click here to book. TOP Direct dial telephones State-of-the-art direct dial telephones are available to every room, providing internal and external communications and voicemail facilities (which can be remotely accessed). TOP Conference calls Arrangements are in place to allow conference telephone calls in any of the rooms. TOP Internet access Facilities for accessing the Internet through the telephone system are available in every room with analogue ISDN and wireless connections. TOP Fax machines Fax machines for general use are readily available; and private facilities can be arranged on request. TOP Digital photocopying The Centre has fully featured digital photocopiers. Again private facilities can be arranged. TOP Shorthand writers (WordWave International) The Centre can arrange for transcription services, whether for normal shorthand transcripts or for simultaneous transcripts such as "LiveNote". In addition, rooms can be made available for the use of shorthand writers. TOP Translation services The Centre can make arrangements for simultaneous translations and interpreters when needed. TOP Full catering facilities Refreshments of all kinds are available to suit individual requirements. Fresh coffee and tea, and biscuits and water are provided throughout the day. Meals - from sandwiches to three courses (hot or cold) - are arranged on request. A full range of beverages, including wine and beer, can be provided. TOP Communal dining area Situated on the first floor, a large room provides communal dining facilities for those who require them, whilst meals can just as easily be served in individual rooms. TOP Reading room On the first floor, the reading room will provide a small, relevant library and a quiet space in which to consult books or papers, as well as a computer and modem. TOP Courier and taxi services The Centre's staff will happily arrange for couriers and taxis whenever required. TOP
